Alexandria McCulloch MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She has over 7 years of experience working in mental health and has held a lifelong passion for this field of medicine. Her background includes both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry settings. Alexandria specializes in the treatment of adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, and sleep disorders. She is dedicated to understanding each person’s needs and goals and enjoys being a part of a treatment team to strive for mental wellness and enhanced quality of life for every client. Alexandria acknowledges the whole person, and utilizes a holistic approach. She recognizes medical changes, encourages optimal nutrition, exercise, therapy, and fostering healthy relationships amongst the many other facets of an individual.
Personally, Alexandria enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, being in nature, meditation, traveling, listening to music, and learning new recipes. The ocean, palm trees, rain, waterfalls, sunshine, and mountains embody tranquility to her.
Ashley Osborne, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She has over 12 years experience working in mental health in outpatient, inpatient and residential settings. Ashley enjoys treating clients with anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression, eating disorders and sleep disorders. She is a truly an empathic person and was one of the most liked providers at her large group practice. Ashley spent the last two years working with two Washington University Psychiatrists prescribing the latest pharmaceutical treatments and working in new drug research. She has gained significant expertise and knowledge and is excited to have her own practice serving all of Washington State.
Personally, she has a passion for wellness, mindfulness, and natural supplements. She has an open mind and understands each individual is different. That’s why each client will be listened to and involved in their treatment plan. Ashley tries to create a warm, relaxed environment for clients.
