Ashley Osborne
Founder and Owner | MSN, PMHNP-BC
Ashley Osborne, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of experience working in mental health across outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings. Throughout her career, Ashley has developed a deep understanding of the many ways mental, emotional, physical, and environmental factors can influence a person’s well-being.
Ashley has experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression, eating disorders, sleep disorders, and other mental health concerns. She has had the opportunity to work alongside two Washington University psychiatrists, providing psychiatric medication management, utilizing emerging pharmaceutical treatments, and participating in new medication research. This experience has given her a strong foundation in contemporary psychiatric care and an appreciation for the importance of individualized treatment.
As her own practice has evolved, Ashley has developed an even deeper passion for whole-person wellness and integrative approaches to mental health. She recognizes that there is no single path to healing and that each person’s needs, experiences, and goals are unique. In addition to traditional psychiatric approaches, Ashley incorporates wellness-based modalities such as mindfulness, intuitive healing, herbs and nutritional supplements, and energy-based practices when appropriate and aligned with the individual’s preferences and goals.
Ashley believes that meaningful mental health care begins with truly listening. She strives to create a warm, relaxed, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she works collaboratively with each individual to explore the combination of tools and approaches that best supports their mental, emotional, physical, and overall well-being. Her approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, openness, and the belief that healing can look different for everyone.
Her philosophy is simple: you are more than a diagnosis, and your path to wellness is uniquely your own
