Dr. Jessica Ang, DNP, ARNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience caring for adolescents and adults across inpatient, outpatient, and intensive psychiatric settings. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Jessica worked as a psychiatric registered nurse, supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health needs. Her clinical experience includes the assessment and treatment of depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and other psychiatric conditions. She also holds a Master of Public Health, which informs her whole-person approach to care and her understanding of how social, environmental, and lifestyle factors can shape mental health and well-being.
Jessica approaches care with compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s individual experiences. She values a collaborative approach, taking time to listen and understand each patient’s concerns, goals, and preferences. She integrates evidence-based medication management with consideration of psychotherapy, healthy lifestyle practices, supportive relationships, and other factors that contribute to long-term wellness. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, informed, and actively involved in decisions about their care.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading, baking, and working on her golf game. She especially enjoys exploring new places and trying new foods.
