Ashley uses the latest pharmacological treatments but also has vast knowledge of holistic and integrative therapies, such as supplements, herbal remedies and counseling.
At Osborne Psychiatry & Wellness every patient will get the full attention they need. Unlike other practices, you will speak directly with Ashley for almost everything. Every patient deserves to feel safe, heard and important. Often patients say they are extremely happy someone has finally really listened to them. We will educate each client and come up with a plan that is just right for them.
Most psychiatric services will be provided via Telehealth at this time. We do have limited in person office hours available. You will get high quality, patient-centered care from the convenience of your home. Telemedicine also expands access to care to rural and underserved areas.

Rates and Insurance
Osborne Psychiatry and Wellness is in-network with Premera Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Aetna and Cigna. For out of network clients we can provide a Superbill to submit to insurance for direct reimbursement. We offer sliding scale based on income and discounts for military, first responders and students.
